  Jonathan Alvarez vs Sven Lund - HunksWrestling Jonathan Alvarez takes on the debuting muscle hunk Sven Lund in the latest release from Hunks Wrestling! Sven enters a bar, which happens to be the same club where HunksWrestling hosts all of their wrestling meet-ups. Lo and behold, Jonathan (who has just started working at the club) is behind the bar. The conversation is in Spanish, but it's not hard to decipher the topic. Jonathan is impressed by Sven's physique and wants to get a better look, and maybe even challenge the big man to a match. Jonathan has never backed down from a fight, and has no problem initiating them himself. It looks like he might be just a little in over his head this time, however. It's not long before words turn into actions on the mats, and Sven quickly shows that Jonathan has clearly bit off more than he can chew. It takes a little while for a flow to be established, and the match never quite reaches anything I'd call "intense," but w

  Cody Blayde vs Gabe Steel - Weekend Wrestling Cody has been on a winning streak as of late at Weekend Wrestling, and he collides with Gabe Steel in the in his latest match with the company. I'm a huge fan of both Cody and Gabe, so I already know this one is going to be a hit! Cody has been a real gem of an addition to the roster at Weekend since his debut against Blake Starr back in late 2020. Energetic and unpredictable, he's been on a winning streak and I feel like his opponents often underestimate him. Cody promises to hit Gabe in the face, and the ass. There will be plenty of that and more from both men.   I had assumed Gabe would take quick control, but quite the opposite. Cody really takes it to him right from the start, with Gabe's package bouncing around with every hit and submission hold he takes. Cody makes all that muscle on Gabe look useless! The match is no squash though. I'd say it's about 60/40 I love Cody as a heel, but in this particular match the

  *Wrestler of the month feature match* Seemingly a glutton for endless punishment, underground wrestling eye-candy Kal Handsome steps into the ring with big and beefy heel Dirty D in Weekend Wrestling's latest release.  Dirty D vs Kal Handsome - Weekend Wrestling The two meet in the ring and Dirty D casually sizes up his opponent. The match description on WW touts the amount of experience Kal has gotten since he's been with the company, and this is the most confident I have seen him. A far cry from the beginnings of his previous matches. D turns his back to Kal, just luring him in to strike first, giving D all the more reason to make the demolition of his opponent extra brutal. He loves doing it and I love watching it. "I make them, and I break them." Dirty D is talking about the rules with this statement, but he could just as easily be referencing other members of the WW roster.  Dirty D's brutality is cold and calculated and just a few minutes in, it seems like

  From his humble beginnings in BG East's Backyard Brawls series, Bobby Horton has transformed over the years from poolside twink into the monster heel "Dirty D" we know him as today. I was first turned on to D in the match I mentioned above. The whole DVD is great and is one of my BG east favorites to this day, and it includes other BG East all stars like Johnny Firestorm, Jaxx O'Doul, and Alexi Adamov. I highly recommend it!
