 I had intended to get this up last week, but Google suddenly didn't like my ad blocker being turned on (which took me a while to figure out that was the issue.) I couldn't upload photos or post. This has happened before, but it typically just resolved itself after a short time. Anyways, lets talk about Jett vs Bam Bam, a recent release from Weekend Wrestling Jett Ortega vs Bam Bam Bossio - Weekend Wrestling Jett and Bam Bam meet in the ring, where Bossio explains to Jett that a fan had requested he give out a few pointers and suggests since Jett is "kinda getting up there" he might need some extra practice as a refresher. RUDE lol. Hopefully Bam Bam gets a nice ass kicking here.  Things start off calmly enough, with the two exchanging a variety of suplexes and throws, sometimes followed with a pin attempt. Hunks Ernie and Dante step into the Weekend Wrestling ring in this hot  debut match! Ernie Lofton vs Dante Vice - Weekend Wrestling    Ernie is looking to get back into the ring after some time off during an injury, and thankfully for both he and the audience, underground newcomer Dante Vice is happy to step into the ring and help out. The two agree to a competitive but friendly match. Only time will tell just how friendly this match remains. Things start off friendly enough, with the two swapping and reversing holds in an attempt to get a feel for each others in-ring skill and strengths. Not too far into the match, I get the sense that this won't end up with the two shaking hands at the end. Ernie wrenches Dante into a modified abdominal stretch and the expression on his face as he looks down at Dante signals that his attitude might be changing, and could be foreshadowing a shift in the match soon to come... After posted that I would be doing so, a couple of you messaged me asking (politely) WHERE THE HELL IS IT? 😆 Well, here it is lol. VanGore vs Zach Reno - Weekend Wrestling When I saw this match preview the week of it's release, I knew I was going to have to check it out and share my thoughts about it here before I even watched it. Any match with the 7ft 300lb beast of a man VanGore will instantly get my attention. Seeing he was up against Zach Reno, an underground favorite with a bit of a heel streak of his own over the years, sealed the deal for me. I swear he just gets hotter and hotter as the years go by.   When he's done flexing, Zach sees VanGore in the opposite corner of the ring. Knowing he may not stand a chance being in such a mismatch, he offers to pay the giant an undisclosed amount of money and also suggests a partnership. "We'd be unstoppable!" They very well may be...but ...

  Johnny comes to the rescue of fellow wrestler Cody Blayde, but is repaid with an ass kicking in this recent match from the boys at Weekend Wrestling. Cody Blayde vs Johnny Greco - Weekend Wrestling This is only the 3rd Cody match I've featured here, but he's one of my favorites on the WW roster. He's a skilled pro wrestler who is cocky, energetic, and looks great in any gear you put him in. Same goes for Johnny, although we see him on the receiving end much more often than not. That's not a complaint either. He's an awesome jobber and has taken some very hot and memorable beatings! This match promises to be no different. Whether or not Cody was actually stuck under the ring is up in the air, but if this was just a trap devised by Cody to take advantage of whichever wrestler responded would be no surprise.  This is all mat action and Cody mercilessly bends and contorts his opponent like it's going out of style.   Dirty D vs Danny Mercury - Weekend Wrestling The first thing that captured my attention for this match even before I saw the preview was the photo below: I'm a big gear fan (I'd assume most of us are) and to me, the choice of gear in a match is very important and Danny looks hot as fuck in his blue lace-up trunks! Yeah I get thongs are hot, but I've always felt they are used too often and unfortunately can give the match a bit of a stale vibe before it even starts. This is of course just my opinion, but I'll always take speedos, pro gear, or singlets (as long at the straps come down at some point!) over the skimpier options. Anyways, that's another topic for another post.  I can't fail to mention the menacing Dirty D, one of Weekend's most calculated and methodical heels crocuhed down over his defeated (potentially) opponent.   Brody Merritt vs Scrappy - Weekend Wrestling I took a break from the blog for a while. No reason in particular, just wasn't in the mood to write. When I noticed Weekend Wrestling's latest release, I knew it'd be the perfect match to break me out of my mid-winter hibernation! Uh oh. Looks like Scrappy has gotten all caught up in some type of cult, and seems to be its apparent leader. I'm not sure who the two in the blue and red are. The brief glimpse of a calf tattoo on the cultist in blue wasn't much to go off of. We will see if these two run any interference later in the match.  Pre-match, good guy Brody does his best to talk Scrappy out of his newfound malevolent ways...but it doesn't go so well and Brody, through a defeat, may become Scrappy's newest follower 😮 Although resilient, Brody has been the fall guy a vast majority of his time spent in the Weekend Wrestling ring.   Weekend Wrestling has been on a roll this Fall with an onslaught of very hot and entertaining matches, and Tristan vs The Handsome Strangler is no exception! Tristan Mounts vs The Handsome Strangler - Weekend Wrestling This is a custom battle someone ordered and the scenario is a bit different, and focuses around a pretty particular set of kinks. If it's not your thing, you don't have to worry as it doesn't overshadow much (if any) of the wrestling. Tristan enters ringside and suggests THS partake in a pre-match tradition he has of sharing a drink with his opponent. Little does THS know that his drink is spiked with something that causes intense stomach pain and bloating, which Tristan is sure to take full advantage of. Now seemingly helpless due to Tristan's deception, The Handsome Strangler is at the full mercy of his opponent. This rapidly goes beyond a wrestling match and turns into straight up humiliation as Tristan uses all parts of the ring to stretch and break...
