Extreme Knockout: Ethan Andrews vs Drew Harper

 

Attention ab bashing fans! You'll love this match from 88Wrestling between Ethan and Drew! This is 88's second most recent release that came out a few weeks ago. I had hoped to get this up much sooner, but better late than never.

Drew has a size advantage but Ethan is well trained in multiple combat sports and has taken on opponents of all sizes and skill. Will it give him the upper hand against underground wrestling's resident powerhouse frat boy?

Both guys look confident and ready to rumble as Round 1 begins. The two meet in the middle of the ring for a handshake, but Drew instead attacks, flipping Ethan down to the ring apron. A grappling contest begins and it's bad news for Drew. Bringing the fight down to the mats is the last thing you'd want to do with a guy like Ethan. Whoops.

I still have plenty of optimism for Drew's chances in this match. We've all seen power overcome skill plenty of times in underground wrestling. He is able to break out of one of Ethan's submissions with a stunner and gain the advantage. I even thought a well executed sleeper hold from Drew may have put a quick end to round 1, but Drew instead breaks the hold and decides to repay the favor by giving Ethan's midsection a good pounding.

Not putting Ethan out may be another mistake by Drew. Ethan eventually comes back out on top and begins to wear him down in a string of submission holds that has the jock sweating and suffering. This was one of my favorite match moments and deserves a super slow-mo capture.

Everything about this brief yet match defining moment is absolutely classic. From the sweat to the facial expressions and the sounds of the suffering adversary.  A sadistic heel dominating his opponent and totally in control. Ethan can do whatever he wants 🔥🔥🔥

Regardless of the increasing viciousness and intensity from Ethan, Drew remains steadfast and determined to take out the top underground veteran. A round of ab bashing and clawing finally has one of these men shouting out a submission to end Round 1

Ethan isn't fucking around at the start of Round 2 and starts going to town on Drew's abs. He arrogantly (with a hint of sarcasm) states that his hands are just too strong and decides to "even the odds" by grabbing a pair of boxing gloves. What follows for the remainder of the match is absolute in-ring tyranny.

One of these men could have ended the match countless times, but instead chooses a prolonged destruction of his opponent. An absolute demolition. A final knockout punch puts one of them out cold, followed up with a 3-count pin for good measure. I've never been a boxing fan, but this match is way more than that. There is more wrestling and grappling than boxing style fighting. I really enjoyed it and I think just about anyone will.
